Purge Unplaced Revit Rooms, Spaces & Areas is a Dynamo script to clean up all the unplaced rooms, areas, and spaces in your Revit model. You can also delete them manually but in a big Revit project it can be hard to find and can take you time. This Dynamo script can instantly find and completely delete these “Not Placed” rooms, spaces, and areas for you.

If you look for a way to reduce the model file size, it might not be enough to delete unplaced rooms, areas, and spaces because there are many different things in a model that need to be cleaned up to reduce the file size. For this purpose you can use the Revit add-in called RV DeepClean. This add-in was developed by RV Boost, the creator of this free Dynamo script.
