Dynamo script – Unhide all elements in view Unhide all elements in view is a Dynamo script that allows you to find and unhide any elements hidden “By Element” in an active Revit view. Very often you couldn’t find an element in a view because it was hidden “By Element” (right click -> Hide in View -> Elements). If you expect that an object should be visible in a view you can use this script to automatically reveal and unhide it. You can do this task manually, using “Revel Hidden Elements” button in your View Control bar. But if you have a lot of elements hidden this way or your model is complex, it is easier to use this Dynamo script.
You have nothing to specify in the script, just click “Run” button and let Dynamo do the rest. The script scans all elements in the model, finds those that are hidden by element in the active view, and unhides them in that view. You can click on the green ID button to zoom to the revealed element.
